Once you round the Cape of Good Hope you'll almost be able to see Australia dead ahead at least in your mind's eye anyway. Jessica, you are going to do it girl!!! You are going to realize your life long dream. Not many people can make that statement. The work for my handyman business has been a little slow lately so I been able to cook the evening meal for my wife when she comes home at 5PM. I love to cook but I need a recipe to follow otherwise I'm useless. My father was a good cook so maybe I got those genes. A real cook to me is someone who without a recipe can take food add the right herbs and spices and produce a meal that just about blows your socks off!! You will be having your socks blown off by good meals when you return to Sydney real soon. So Jesse I'll stop bending your ear for now and I write again sometime after your next blog. Sail safe Jessica and keep heading East.
